This people are so unprofessional, Something as simple as scheduling a visit with their eligibility members . it took them week and half . they sent me twice to a clinic where the coordinator wasn't even scheduled to be that day. asking for information is a nightmare . every staff member tells you a different thing every time . their mind set is to answer a no, is not going to be possible to all the questions I asked .
