SBC just completed a major landscaping project for us, including a rain garden, walkways, retaining walls, and embankments - the results are even better than expected! JC was an amazing partner for this work, with detailed daily updates and periodic walkthroughs to review work, creative solutions to improve our space, and on-time completion. We're really happy our improved outdoor space and hope we have a chance to work with JC & SBC again.
Garbage company from start to finish. SBC rarely showed up when they were supposed to, and when they finally did, the job was terrible...completely unacceptable work. They even refused to accept the HOA’s termination notice, dragging things out unnecessarily. It took one of our board members stepping in just to get them to finally agree to end the contract and yet we are still stuck with them until the end of 2025. Zero professionalism and no respect for customers. Avoid at all costs.
In general, I had an excellent experience with this company. Things did tend to drag on a little bit longer than anticipated, and the response from management was not always ideal. The workers however, in particular, Pedro, Fernando, and JC, were excellent. They were professional, reliable, competent, efficient and obviously cared about customer service. We’re really happy with the work SBC did on our front steps! The cement finish is smooth and looks really nice, and the new railing is stylish and very sturdy. The team was professional, responsive and punctual throughout the project. The results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this company for quality craftsmanship and great service! Their work has truly given our house a much needed facelift!
I contracted with SBC for demo of an old deck and construction of paver patio and 3 season room. Pros: -Very happy with end result. -Good quality work -lowest comparable estimate -communication with project manager Steve who offered great suggestions for enhancements to the project and visited the job frequently. I liked working with him, we were able to work out various issues.
