Absolutely very rude, I wanted to get a deck done. so I went to Angie's list and this company showed up, so I called and the first thing she responded with was "Hello". but it wasn't the hello it was how she said it and mind you she said it so loud, like she was bothered i called in the first place. We previously used SBC to build a deck for us 3 years ago. Recently, we noticed the railing shifting (no fault of their own). I reached out asking if anything could be done. Not only did they come, remove the railing and fix the issue, they did so within 2 weeks of me reaching out. 3 years after we had the deck built! I was so impressed by the integrity and response from the company. I highly recommend from start to finish. They stand behind their work.
Outstanding from start to finish. Joe M. Was excellent to work with and he and the team actually went above and beyond. SBC removed an old and failing retaining wall and replaced with new. Would use again in a heartbeat. Thanks Joe!
Fast forward to 2025: SBC Contractor offered a settlement. I accepted, and had my attorney review the settlement. When the offer was signed and submitted, SBC abruptly withdrew the settlement, giving no reason. This contractor has never honored their word, nor guarantee of heir work. Contractor has refused to go to arbitration and has rejected an offer to settle the dispute. SBC will continue to be prohibited from service provider websites until this dispute is settled. I had a retaining wall in my back yard that was failing. I went to the home and garden show in March and met someone there representing SBC Outdoor Services. By April, I reached out for a consultation. For 5 months I worked with Brad V. designing and redesigning my wall.
