The franchisee owner should be embarrassed. Once this place had great pizza. Great service. And very clean. Now the pizza is bad and overpriced. Service is rude and unfriendly. And the store is filthy. My how times have changed.
Wanted to get some food from there today, but it seems like it has been shut down. Why hasn't that information been updated on here yet? Very misleading. I'm really disappointed. Haven't been to a Sbarros since they closed down the one at The Galleria mall. Was so happy to see that it was still listed as open on the Coral Square Mall website and on Google Maps, only to find out that everything from that place had been wiped clean at the food court. The prices have become astronomical. Now they advertise XL pizza to justify the inflated cost of an actual regular size slice.
Don’t think about this pizza. It’s not what it used to be. Frozen pizza is better. You can tell the crust has been pre-prepared and the ingredients just thrown on top and cooked. The worst.
