Person working the front either doesn't understand English or is pretending they don't understand English. I was asked if I want a bag I said no thank you, could I have some utensils and a plate as I am going to eat here. He asked again if I wanted a bag and I repeated no thanks and my request for utensils and a bag. He ignored my request again and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no thank you and he repeated his question. Food is subpar, burned on the bottom and very dry.

First off, I LOVE Sbarro - however, I seriously question the standards here. In addition to them needing to throw away a forgotten and burnt pizza in front of me, their Mariana sauce was old and sour, so then I had to throw away my baked ziti. Lots of food being thrown away here for negligence. What a shame. Please improve standards because Sbaroo is normally so good. The spinach Stromboli was ok and ate it all, but didn't dare use the marinara dipping sauce.

The dough was soft and the way how dough is supposed to be made. Every bit was delicious. Customer service was good as well.

Well the photo should speak for itself. If a restaurant is too lazy to cut stems off produce I ask myself if they even washed it. The pizza if good but prices are high like NY prices and skimpy portions. If you can wait to get pizza elsewhere I recommend it. The customer service needs work.
