My fiance was at sbarro in the morning with her disabled clients, and the manager decided to cuss out autistic customers and my fiance and throw money at there face. Horrible customer service all because he didn't know how to do a refund.
Can’t even order online this specific location isn’t on the list of stores available. Tried calling and the number isn’t in service smh.
This place is beyond help. To start simple order of to slices and a drink . Asked for some parmesan cheese kid gives me an attitude when he says we're out. I pay and ask for my receipt kid that made the order jumps in with a worse attitude basically trying to pick a fight . Telling me I don't have to be aggressive with his brother. By asking for my receipt really . Don't bother asking for manager hes family also. Not a single one there bothers washing there hands between handling money and food .
