The service was horrible my, I did not feel welcomed. The man taking my order and making my food looked irritated with customers. The food was not good as before. Customer service is everything and it's something this particular man did not have.
The food was good but the poor review is based on the fact that a senior citizen was having a medical situation and the staff sold her an orange Gatorade and didn't worry about her. I contacted housekeeping and security to ensure she was okay as she was sitting clutching her chest and looking visibly distressed.
Poor communication skills
The guy that makes the pizza was the one helping me getting my food very good customer service.
