My fiance was at sbarro in the morning with her disabled clients, and the manager decided to cuss out autistic customers and my fiance and throw money at there face. Horrible customer service all because he didn't know how to do a refund.
Can’t even order online this specific location isn’t on the list of stores available. Tried calling and the number isn’t in service smh.
This place is beyond help. To start simple order of to slices and a drink . Asked for some parmesan cheese kid gives me an attitude when he says we're out. I pay and ask for my receipt kid that made the order jumps in with a worse attitude basically trying to pick a fight . Telling me I don't have to be aggressive with his brother. Very pathetic service . Server behind counter wants to act like a little wannabe thug. Very rude . No one here using gloves handling food then money . Manager / owner who ever he says he is could careless about customers . Place should be shut down .
Wanted to order pizza but the guys are not waring gloves or hair net while se bing food and touching money. Saw the guy use his bare hands while taking pizza out oven and rotating it on the plate nasty nasty nasty
