Your associate bypassed my son and I in line and signaled to another customer to cut us. I also signaled to both your associate and that other customer but they didn't care. By the time I got to the register, I paid, reluctantly, after being disrespected completely. I asked him why he did that and received the worst response: "I just pass people as I see them." Supervisor Humiliated a Customer, Refused Refund, and Lied About Cancelling the Order Ordered online (Order #93F2888F, $24.61). Staff said mango lemonade and garlic cheesy bread were unavailable - I agreed to substitutes. The supervisor then handed me garlic bread while rudely commenting it was “worth more” than what I ordered.
