crummy service, the employee behind the counter apparently doesn’t know about customer service, I would Not be eating here again, I just simply asked him the prices on the combo, he just replied it varies and walked away, this place is a joke no wonder there are no customers

Everytime I come here the two in the front the African American woman that serves the pizza and the Latino boy who charges u . Have tje worst customer service its sad bcthe food is great. They have no custo.er service skills what so ever . They're in a hurry and rude flat out and they know it . They look at ypu like ,ya so what . I’d give a 0 star if I could I didn’t even get to try the food but it didn’t look pleasant. The problem wasn’t even the food it was the service. The personal were very rude from the jump and very disrespectful for no reason, as me and my family were looking at the menu and figuring out what we wanted to eat we were met with hostility just for thinking about what we wanted with no line Infront nor behind us we left and ate elsewhere

The gentleman serving the food was as great as the first time I ate here. Attentive, clear and helpful even. However, this is the second time the African American lady has made my son and I feel like an inconvenience. I'm honestly not surprised there are reviews here about her. She got into an "above it all" attitude and started taking another person's order right in my face as my food was waiting right next to her. I’ve been a loyal customer here for quite some time and have consistently tipped generously because I believed the staff providing the service were receiving those tips. I recently learned that the manager distributes tips at his own discretion — and despite the many times I’ve dined here and left gratuity, I have never once been served by the manager benefiting from those tips.
