EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I attempted to eat here for the first time and I asked the white lady with all the piercings in her face if I could get a Stromboli and breadsticks that weren’t so dark. She said that they aren’t allowed to let the customers choose when they’re in the window to be seen. She then got upset with an attitude. Highly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!
Over heard this white lady with short hair practically yelling very rudely at this young teenage boy and his mother while they ordered. It wasnt even just her talking louder she was obviously annoyed with this young man which I find pretty rude
Today, my family and I had a great time dining at this pizza restaurant in the mall. The pizza and baked ziti were incredibly tasty, and the prices were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and even took the time to explain how their pizza rewards program worked. I will definitely be recommending this pizza place to everyone. The staff members Mika and Kel were wonderful, kind, and accommodating; they truly excel at providing excellent customer service.
Horrible customer service. Horrible food. Sitting out for hours. All drinks including lemonades were out. They were trying to sell red bull as a substitute. They said a fresh pepperoni was coming in 5 min. I said I'll wait for the fresh pepperoni and have 2 slices instead of the one slice of old pepperoni left on the table. I was told no and made to have the old pepperoni. My girl had one bite when I got back and instantly knew it was old. We threw it out and I will never go to this soborros again.
