I just came here. Order a whole cheese pizza. The guy said he needed to cut cheese to make a cheese pizza. I said ok. He said “it’s going to take like 40 minutes… he definitely doesn’t want to work. You don’t take 40 minutes to cut cheese for ONE cheese pizza. First and last time at this location. Ah! And he just went outside to hang out with friends… POOR service.

The regular pizza is still good, if not a bit over priced; though I rarely get it. But I guess they have given up on making breakfast pizza in the morning, the best breakfast pizza in the city, in my opinion. It’s probably a good thing since I was close to addiction level loving their breakfast pizza and Stromboli. But now they stopped making it which is sad and the only reason I ever go over there.

Was in there this morning two employees where outside smoking pot instead working.. it ashame management allows this happen, seeing this at more and more businesses..

I placed an order online for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was informed that they ran out of dough and didn't have my order and they couldn't give me a refund. Getting a refund from sbarro is ridiculous, you have to go online and fill out a comment card and hope that they give you a refund either way you won't get it taken care of for a significant amount of time. You have to give them 5-7 business days to read and address your comment before you can even be sure of getting a response let alone a refund. Cle... read more
