Was in there this morning two employees where outside smoking pot instead working.. it ashame management allows this happen, seeing this at more and more businesses..
I placed an order online for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was informed that they ran out of dough and didn't have my order and they couldn't give me a refund. Getting a refund from sbarro is ridiculous, you have to go online and fill out a comment card and hope that they give you a refund either way you won't get it taken care of for a significant amount of time. Maaaan, give Cortez a raise. Respectful young man, courteous and great service. Love Sbarro’s, but sometimes the experience isn’t always up to par, however I’ll come back if it means driving 20 mins out my way with service like this.
