I recently visited Sbarro's and had a very bad experience. The staff member who was making pizzas was very attentive and seemed to know what he was doing. However, the front staff, particularly the girl with orange hair, was very rude and unfriendly. I hope you can focus on improving customer service skills for all staff members to ensure a better experience for the customer Just a reminder the customer ar traveling they can’t wait for 15 minutes for the food to be done ✅ they are not busy and no food ready interesting 🤔
