So I go in to order a whole pizza, and ask can I order a whole and rudely get told no. Then they told you can't get anything while. I've been to literally ever Sbarro 80-76, and a bunch in the further northeast... Never, even last minute, have I been told I can't order a whole pizza. Either this guy is lazy, or this is the only of about 20 Sbarro shops I've visited that you can't get a whole pizza. I recently visited Sbarro's and had a very bad experience. The staff member who was making pizzas was very attentive and seemed to know what he was doing. However, the front staff, particularly the girl with orange hair, was very rude and unfriendly. I hope you can focus on improving customer service skills for all staff members to ensure a better experience for the customer Just a reminder the customer ar traveling they can’t wait for 15 minutes for the food to be done ✅ they are not busy and no food ready interesting 🤔
