This is the type of location that gives Sbarro a bad name. The employees were rude, the selection was limited, and even the items listed on the menu were unavailable. What we did get was poor quality and not worth the price. Definitely disappointing.

Food was great! However, customer service was NOT! Staff was very rude and seemed annoyed about simple questions. It felt like we were bothering them when placing our order!

Not really much for service since its more self service in most ways other than them getting your food and drink at the counters. Nothing much about service. Food is ok, but expensive. Food could be better in some ways. The atmosphere is more of a mall and is loud when its busy,

We ate there , around 7:00pm . We ordered a subprime pizza,it was cold. And boy it gave us the worst stomach ache ever. Never eating there again.

I also asked how long the pizza would take, and she responded very rudely, saying, “It’s right there,” in a mean demeanor before walking away again. Customer service like this makes people not want to come back.... read more
