I wish these franchisees would learn to make proper NY pizza as they advertise. Way too thick . Like a slice you can get anywhere else.
It is so hard to find warm, friendly, helpful employees, well this place has it. The pizza I ordered on the app was just as I ordered. Excellent pizza. I was greeted by a very friendly young man name Josh, his service made the pizza better. Great job Sabarro, keep hiring employees like him!
Barb the manger is rude a will steal your money. Went to pick up our lunch, first it was we didn't get the online order then it was we did not get the spinach stromboli. Asked for a refund was told could only get refund for one item that wasn't made. Our we supposed to eat in front of a vegetarian child. Would not refund my money said they do not do refunds. Super rude on the phone and in person, but the food was good. Just a tip, if the phone isn't on mute or hold, complaining about having to take a phone call is pretty bad customer service.
Pizza is always good. Staff is friendly. Never been disappointed.
