I was very disappointed with my experience at Sbarro. I pointed to a freshly made Spicy Calabrian pizza and specifically asked for a slice from that pizza. Instead, the employee took a slice from a different pizza that had two older slices of the same type sitting alongside various other slices. It was clear that the slice I received had been sitting out for quite some time. The employee then placed the slice in a heating device before serving it to me. There was an old man there, my friend ordered two slices because she wanted to try a certain one but he made it a point to say “Two slices for you,” which my friend and I thought was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Maybe it’s just us being ‘sensitive or woke’ but you should never comment on the amount a customer orders. There was a young woman and she was very nice and polite. I only gave this place two stars because of the young woman.
I wanted a quick bite, not a meal, so I ordered a slice of pepperoni. By the time I got to the table it was barely warm. The guy on the checkout “shift supervisor” ripped into the two young girls for not upselling me. “Don’t sell single slices, always upsell.” Sir, it’s not their fault, and they did a great job! However, your leadership made it very uncomfortable
This was my place for breakfast. I soooed by today got my regular special breakfast. When he served me portion and tray got way smaller . I asked did yiu guys reduce size of tray they responded yeaaa i little bit . I was ok . Got to cashier and found out total was 9.64$ which is way more then what itvused to be for bigger portion . Shame of yourself sbarron. I ll reather go have breakfast at mcdonalds and whole pizza at dominos for price that you charging for sttombolli
If I am driving from somewhere that doesnt have one, I will stop here pretty much every single time.
