Make sure you call before you order online or on the app. I called to order but nobody answered, so I thought like many fast food restaurants they just don't answer when they are too busy. So I ordered using the app. We even got an email saying the order would be ready at 2:08 PM (which was 26 minutes after the order was placed). We got there at 2:05 PM only to find out the Loaf & Jug was open, but the Sbarro inside was not open. Pretty ticked off -- waste of time, gas, and money (they took the payment online, but NO PIZZA).... read more
