Customer service is the worse!!!!!!
I went to buy a whole pizza and the guys working wouldn’t sell me an entire pizza. He said I had to buy individual slices. Terrible customer service, I ended up not buying and took my kids and went somewhere else. I would recommend or would I return to buy from them even again. Terrible!

Have always chosen Sbarro pizza at this stop but may reconsider in the future due to new no-refill policy on soda. The prices have been raised and despite spending nearly $100 on slices and drinks, was told "no refills" by the rude staff member as she "wasn't allowed" by management. First they removed self-service soda, and now they have refused to even give refills despite higher costs. Clearly they are capitalizing on their position as the only food service provider on the turnpike to gouge travelers.
My girlfriend and I went in both wanting a slice combo with one slice of pizza with a bread stick and drink with both. I tried to explain that to the lady at the cash register and she completely blew me off and said "we don't do that" even though it's literally on their menu. If you look at the menu it says under the pizza slices "make it a combo add a bread stick and medium drink" when I explained thats what we wanted to do she just ignored me and rang it up as a 2 slice combo which is 2 slices and a drink.
