TERRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY. We were told free refills and they refused to do it although they said we could initially. Mexican lady.. little bigger with false lashes.. possibly a manager? They should honor what they said.. I mean. It’s a refill. Costs them how much? I’ve filled out a complaint card and Sbarro has said NOTHING. They do NOT care about their customers.
I think this lady was a manager… SO RUDE. It’s just not worth coming to this location. They do not honor their word after giving FALSE info. Reply to Sbarro - I filled this out and NEVER got a response! Shame on you for pretending to care to look better.
