worst experience ever!! both the food and the service were unacceptable. One of the cashier was particularly rude and unprofessional, which made the visit very unpleasant. (She lies to customer!) On top of that, the hygiene of the food area was poor. so many flies on the foods. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and improves service attitude!!

Food was good even for the food court which wish fork and knife’s were a thing but hey we can’t have everything 😂we got the bakes they were pretty good I recommend good option for a quick fast snack!the bathrooms in this food court are pretty clean which is a plus.

Each meatball costs $3 if added to any pasta. Since I ordered lasagna, with 2 meatballs, the cashier charged me $4 each, thus $8 additional. The meatballs were not even lean meat. I feel the cashier wasn’t honest, the store was almost closing.

One of the worst pizza experiences I’ve had. I ordered 2 slices of pizza and 2 fountain drinks — the total was $29. I don’t even mind the price that much if the food and service are good. But the drinks were basically just cups of ice — two sips and they were done, no refills. The pizza slices were clearly old: soggy crust, hard cheese, and barely warm. Old, tasteless dry chicken with no taste pasta. Breadstick also horribly old, dry and tasteless. All this for $18 oh and they charged me $1 for tap water. Seriously disgusting.
