9/13/25 4:45pm. The girls were into the music way too much!! I asked for my pizza to be warmed. It was cold. Had to ask for parmesean bin was empty. Had to ask for a bag!
Pretty typical for this flop of a pizza/Italian chain. Incompetence and lack of service. Can't make breadsticks at 6:30pm.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped at the Sbarro run by Applegreen at Indian Meadow (westbound I-80 just outside of West Unity, Ohio), and I was genuinely impressed! The team here is doing a fantastic job — the food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The service was friendly and efficient, and everything was clean and well-stocked. It’s not always easy to find quality food and service at a highway stop, but this location really stands out. Keep up the great work!
Had some hiccups but the young lady took care of me! Thank you for resolving my issue even when the young man did not understand my grievance. Appreciate the hospitality!
