Nothing against the people behind the counter as they are the only reason I'm giving a 2 star. Inconsistent with every Sbarro I've been to across the country. Will not run food through roller oven when asked. Your food ends up cold before you get back to your vehicle. All other SBarro do this automatically. Will not add extra cheese. Given reason, because they don't have a button to charge you, all other SBarros will give you extra cheese. Charges for bread stick that is free with your meal at all other SBarro. Stopped like I always do when I come through here to get a baked ziti and meatballs with a breadstick. Got out to my truck to eat and the noodles were mushy and way overcooked. And the breadstick was small, underproofed before cooking and was kinda gummy. I’ve never gotten bad food from this location before but today it was kinda horrible. Take this with a grain of salt as I’ve never had a bad experience here until today.
I really don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I’m not normally one to review fast food type operations, But this place is just as good as I remember when I was a small kid. I stopped in after work because I was starving, Both of the crew members were super friendly and nice, The slice of pizza I ordered was huge and ready right away, and like I said it tasted phenomenal.
