I had a terrible experience at Sbarro. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed me while I was trying to decide on my order and made me feel very unwelcome. Customer service should be better than this—definitely not coming back.
Amazing food and service
Just witnessed a great act of kindness from the staff at Sbarro, towards an elderly customer. Good people working there !
Hsvent had sbarros pizza since the early 2000s and the flashback ensued at first bite...AA mazing the flavors of the toppings the crunch of the crust..staff was amazing and the seating area was clean. Will def be back
