I'm impressed to see the owner replies, but requesting us to fill out complaint forms in order to address them is absurd. My advice is to get their early while it's fresh and hot. It's still sold after sitting and sitting out for??? at premium price. How do I know this? .. camped out in truck for occasional walk throughs.
I had a terrible experience at Sbarro. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed me while I was trying to decide on my order and made me feel very unwelcome. Customer service should be better than this—definitely not coming back.
Amazing food and service
Just witnessed a great act of kindness from the staff at Sbarro, towards an elderly customer. Good people working there !
