I gave this place over a week to fix this and also emailed corporate twice so they 💯 earned this review. Ordered pizza and a calzone via their website and paid for the order with my card. Got an email confirmation for the order. Went to pick it up, the counter was empty. Waited about fuve minutes for an employee to pop out and inform me that their computers were down so they couldn't sell me food. Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes. No one ever came to take my order. Made sure they were open and everything but had my baby in the car and didn't feel like waking him up to go in somewhere for lunch. Super disappointed.

James is very kind and has amazing customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares!! I went to purchase a drink in the gas station and he brought me my single slice while my xl pizza was cooking. I thought it was really kind. While I was waiting he asked if I wanted my pizza cut in 6 or 8 slices. I hope this location rewards him/shows him some love. I will be back to this location because of this experience. To top it off the pizza was great!! :)
This was my second visit to this location AND the second time I have received a 3-meat stromboli with raw dough throughout the middle of it. This time, I started violently vomiting about 12 hours after consuming the few bites I had before realizing. I am pretty sure the raw dough gave me food poisoning. Least to say, I will never eat anything from Sbarro again.
