They’re rude, especially Ireida or whatever her name is. The lady who took the order act as if she didn’t know what I was asking. Another customer behind me asked the EXACT SAME THING AND SHE ANSWERED. My two children was with me, trying to figure out what we wanted, never been to a Sbarro. We were rushed. The pizza was ok. Here from STL.

This is the best restaurant at Union station. Fresh food, always looks so great in the display. Reasonably priced and really good customer service too. I always look forward to eating here before my train ride.

A Taste of NY in the Middle of Chicago! Living in Chicago means being surrounded by deep dish, but sometimes you just crave a classic, foldable, true New York slice. I grabbed a slice here while passing through Union Station, and it completely hit the spot. ​The crust had that perfect under-carriage crisp, the cheese was nicely melted and pulled perfectly, and the sauce had that distinct, savory New York style tang. Sbarro es increíble. Agradezco la amabilidad del personal y los gerentes hacia mí a pesar de que tengo autismo y su comida es increíble y realmente buena. La gerente Kathy y Oracio son muy agradables. El restaurante está en buenas condiciones. Patatas increíbles. Debe volver. 10/10.
