Disgusting place. I love Sbarro but I don’t believe this branch to be a legit chain. They have the same name but doesn’t have the same taste. Tasted weird and disgusting. I was looking forward to tasting Sbarro again when I moved to Canada but I was disappointed when I ordered from here and the person who was working here was just on his phone. The place seemed unsanitary and dirty.
AVOID! Do not buy pizza here (especially 1-2 hours before close). I got food poisoning and indigestion. My stomach is still hurting from buying a pepperoni slice a few days ago. It seems that the lack of cleanliness is consistent upon the rest of the reviews.
Walking by I decided to purchase a couple breadsticks. The owner told me, “if you buy 3, I’ll give you one free”. A gesture which seemed kind until I noticed a sign saying buy two get one free. Afterwards I realized he had charged me over $6 for 3 breadsticks, when the sign says they are $1.09 each. When I went back, he said the prices were changing Monday (today is Wednesday) because the sign was wrong. I told him advertising laws state you have to honour a listed price. I bought my kids pizza today and it was so spicy and gross it was hard and the bread sticks were hard I used to like this place but not anymore
Would give a 0 if I could. Place is filthy; they clearly do not follow the health and safety code. They have increased their prices 50-100% than what it says on the menu..you don’t get informed until after you start to pay that there is an heavily, outrageous price increase. They tell you that their pop machine is not working, and to substitute a can of pop; not telling you that they are charging you an additional $4.00 fee for that. Terrible, disgusting experience. Will put in a higher complaint.
