I don’t appreciate Monica wiping her nose then proceeding to handle my food. The customer service was terrible and this is probably the worse sbarros locations I even been too. Their pasta is also dry since they don’t reheat it.
Food was amazing but the lady who took my order was kinda rude!
I normally go to the one at main place mall but today I wanted to try Brea location. I have to say it's a huge difference between them. Nothing in Brea was fresh. Pasta was mushy and didn't have that garlic flavor. My stromboli was burnt and dry. I guess I'm going to have to go 8 miles out of my way for quality!
I've been eating their lasagna for over 5 years. It tastes like mom made it The servers are always nice and ask me what's new in life I feel at home eating here. Please give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
