I was very disappointed with my experience at Sbarro in Brea Mall. I paid nearly $20 for this meal including a drink, which felt like a complete ripoff considering the quality and service. The lady cashier on Sunday seemed uninterested in helping and was standing off to the side speaking quietly, making it hard to communicate until a younger cashier stepped in to assist. Sbarro is a long time favorite for lasagna. One serving can feed two people. There are about 4 layers of noodles, meat, cheese with a light and fresh tasting sauce. 20 years a Sbarro customers. It seems that Sbarro's are usually in malls.
The dining room was clean.
The counter workers have a bad attitude. And the main one that is rude, isn’t wearing a name tag. Go figure
