Lainani that's what it's called, very rude, all the staff, they don't even say good afternoon and they whisper to eachother, it's rude. Never coming here again. Very disappointed.
I went to do some shopping around the mall this morning. My sister and I decided to go grab a bite at Sbarro. My sister and I formed in line while a customer infront of us was being charged for their order. An employee approached a gentleman that was in back of us, while we were clearly infront of him. She saw us but decided to give service to another customer. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Management has to train their employees accordingly, customer service is not the greatest here!
Looks like I left a five star review on here before but coming in recently. I’m gonna have to lower it to one star. I just feel like I get bad service every time they try to give me the colder pieces the older pieces of pizza where I always have to stop them and ask for the more fresh And this time I’m getting pasta and of course they look at me and decide to give me all the soggy parts of the pasta where I tried to explain to the girl to mix it up with some of the fresher, looking pasta with the cheese on top. I was very disappointed with my experience at Sbarro in Brea Mall. I paid nearly $20 for this meal including a drink, which felt like a complete ripoff considering the quality and service. The lady cashier on Sunday seemed uninterested in helping and was standing off to the side speaking quietly, making it hard to communicate until a younger cashier stepped in to assist.
