Pure bait and switch at the Grapevine Mills Mall Sbarro. I ordered a slice of pizza for my son based on the large, impressive slices displayed in the case. After I paid, the employee pulled a slice from a completely different pan in the back to heat up. What I actually received was vastly smaller than what was on display—it was unbelievable. To make matters worse, both the server and the cashier were unwelcoming and indifferent. Save your money.
I’m sorry but I cannot eat at this location. I have seen roaches crawl up the wall near the pizza. It’s pretty gross to see that. I will have to drive to the Galleria to get Sbarro. You all need pest control.
The food quality was extremely poor. The food was burnt and did not taste fresh. Very disappointing.
I believe they should consider seeking job elsewhere.
Honestly the best (and only place here) place to get pizza at the mall. The staff are friendly enough. Food is pretty delicious (usually) when they heat it up. Over all I do recommend. Does beat lots of the other food options here. And who doesn't love pizza?!
