The food was excellent and delicious as always. It’s always a positive experience when I go there at the Valleyview Mall location in Roanoke especially when Chris and Mario are there. They always greet you with a warm, friendly smile and treat you very kindly. The variety of food Is great and is always hot and fresh.
The food there is absolutely terrific. It’s always fresh, and the presentation is very nice.The staff is always great and friendly. Chris and Mario are wonderful, they always have a smile when they greet you, very clean area to eat in. Absolutely the best food place in the mall. Great and fast service even when the line is long!! I had a really disappointing experience at the Sbarro in Valley View Mall. I walked up to the counter and placed my order, and the gentleman working there just stood there and stared at me. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word, and didn’t even acknowledge that I’d spoken. I stood there for close to 10 minutes with no update, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. It was extremely awkward and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I definitely would not recommend this location.
When I think of pizza I think of Sbarro. They really good New York pizza and it’s very tasty the employees are so nice. When it comes to mind for pizza it’s Sbarro.
One bite, everyone knows the rules. Great crisp, no flop, good undercarriage, and very little grease. For a chain pizza 🍕 it's good! Solid 6.8
