On the afternoon of 8/3, Me and my four children came to Sbarro after a long day of school shopping. We were next in line at this establishment. Instead of allowing us to order, the lady at the register (afternoon shift on 8/3) allowed a Spanish speaking customer to skip the line, in front of me and my kids, and promptly served her. Always ready for a great slice of pizza
Show an offer online at this location and refuse to honor it. Then the "manager" was super rude and didn't speak English when I tried to talk about it. I'd like to post the pictures of the offer they refused to offer but can't seem to find a way to do so. We'll be choosing the Fair Oaks or Potomac Mills location from now on.
Food is OK. Service is usually bad. Guy behind acts like he doesn't want to be there and it shows. When I see him. I usually know the food comes with attitude 🙄 and makes me pick something else in the mall.
