My food is always fresh and delicious. What I love most is the amazing customer service. Went today and had ordered an entree of macaroni and cheese to go with my pizza. I waited a good bit but the fresh Mac wouldn't melt for them so they comped me a spaghetti and gave me the remainder of the Mac they had left on the bar. As well as a refund for the entree of Mac. Extremely helpful and nice employees!
Went to the mall to let my kids try some pizza. 1130 there was no pizza out the chairs were on the table and the lady behind the counter was short and seemed disinterested. She said they wouldn’t have any food until 1200. I was under the impression they opened at 1000. Went back around 1200 Sam problem. Chairs up no staff around and one pizza out. Horrible.

I'm from NYC, so da pizza is good n da pasta us great. The staff is helpful n friendly. Da price for da pizza is reasonable.

Big fan of Sbarro's pizza in woodfield mall, IL. But this location gave me a different experience. The only too times I go there's and the cashier has an attitude each time. Didn't feel like I was as receiving good customer service. When I asked her a question about the Sbarro's rewards, she wasn't not helpful. I had mention this to an associate of mine & had the same experience as I did too. Pizza also did not paste like the actual Sbarro's pizza. The bread/ crust & sauce was all changed. Won't be coming here again.
