Great service, and as always great food. The specials are always spot on.
Trattoria Sbandati never disappoints. The food is always incredible — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We’ve eaten here many times and every meal has been outstanding. The staff is just as amazing as the food — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The cozy, intimate vibe makes it perfect for a romantic night out or a small gathering with friends. It’s a true gem in Bend and we’re so grateful to have it here!
We love this little restaurant! The food and service are both outstanding. My Mom was a fabulous Italian cook and the food here tastes like hers…spectacular and authentic.
Excellent scallops and a cucumber salad to start. My wife's saffron pasta and my meatballs and spinach were excellent.
