I had minor services with them many times. Their greeting and service was great and it built my trust. So last week I went there again to get the running board installed. I called and checked with them before I went and dropped off my car. But unfortunately hours later they called me back saying that he can’t install it because his main mechanic is not coming in due to the emergency. I tried to call on Friday Dec 9 ,2022 No one answered the phone??? Why have a number for business and not answer calls from customers.
I've been in the shop a couple of times. My only concern was only to change my tail light but the guys here help me a lot!!! They did order my car's tail light for a suitable fit and they didn't ask for an additional fee. They gave me a reasonable price and did not ask anything more. I must say I saved a lot. Thank you SBA!!!! Your customer service is the BEST!!!
I am glad that I found these guys. Professional, fast, nice, affordable and very knowledgeable. I had my Audi Q7 with other Houston "European Car Repair Shops" and paid a lot of money for reoccurring malfunctions because they just replaced parts without looking for the root cause of the error and/or did not know better (and they messed up my car in doing things they should not have done). MO showed me what was done wrong and explained me how to do it correctly and fixed it for a very affordable price. I highly recommend them... read more
Professional shop with great attitude. I work 6 days a week right now and they were able to get me in and out on a Sunday. Very pleased with their service and pricing. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
