Very poor response taking weeks. Payment past due with no clear corporate direction between departments regarding decommission or abatement of tower. An abatement would leave the tower stand with no payment. All based on availability of tenant which has left the last five years of the initial lease from Minnesota tower/ComTrac Inc. delayed which was bought out by SBA. Doubtful that SBA will honor the full 30 year payment schedule.
Back in July 2023 I need to take a leave at a tower Forman because I was having mental health problems. Per my Doctors request I flew to California to get help. The day I announced it and filled for disability Yovanna Lopez fired me. I have not worked for another tower company since. I’d like to add never did Ms Lopez or Coke Smith reach out to me or my Doctors to see how I was. No severance pay, no can we help. Just an email saying we need our company phone back.
