Friendly, helpful and attentive staff who provide a great customer service experience. Refreshments and facilities clean and tidy. Busy location so give extra time to travel there due to one way system but other than that, great
Very smooth process from phoning to book car in for reset on service indicator and battery check - straight through to job completion and collection. Luke gave very good customer service and reassurance that Fiat 500 was good to go. Nice cup of coffee too!
On the 16th of June, my wife paid a £500 deposit, but after 4 days she changed her mind. As of yesterday, it's been 3 weeks and she still hasn’t been able to get the deposit back. Every other day someone is supposedly going to take care of it, call back, or it’s “just about to be sorted.” We’re speechless at how you treat potential customers!
If i could have done a zero that would have being the case avoid if car has a recall go for a more reliable company there customer service is shocking no communication 1 day recall turned to 7 days due to faulty airbags told I'd be reimbursed travel to then be told can't be done due to age of car AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
