I purchased a condo in 2020. This lawn service has been servicing the condo for years. I planted grass seeds for 4 years asking them to use a lawn mower instead of a weed whacker to cut the grass in the area that I have. Every year it is completely destroyed. Last year I decided to tell them not to cut it that I will do it myself. As you can see in the photos, the grass came up beautifully. I get home from work one day and all the grass is gone!
