As a property owner, I want to thank Kiko for diligently addressing issues my property or the tenants may have. It is so difficult to find a company that will care for, and manage tenants. I will continue using this company for any of my future lease properties. Again Kiko thank you for all that you do for my husband and myself.
Not an accurate security deposit received, charged for anchor holes that other tenant left (have dated picture proof). Not responsive to work orders. Had to pay out of pocket for shrubs to be trimmed that were hanging over street. Left house with dogs so they could show home to new renters and they never showed. Kiko, you're absolutely right. Time for you to retire...
