dishonest company, overcharged me for a heater, damaged my coping, and they tried to install a 3 year old heater of a different model that I never asked for until I looked into it, only then did they replace the heater with a new one in the model that was agreed. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, i certainly have
Been using them for 5y but service quality every year declined to the point we had to stop. Tech's are not friendly. Poor communication. Office is still using paper for payments.
I’ve been extremely happy with S&B for the past few years I’ve used them. A quick example of why I love them so much is this. Over the weekend, my wife and I hosted our annual family bbq. It’s such a big event for the whole family. About 60 people from all across the country coming for this one event. Literally Thursday night a filter pump broke .
