I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. A male nail technician started my gel nails, but he applied the gel so quickly that it wasn’t smooth. He had to remove and reapply it three times, and each time he used the electric nail file very aggressively to remove the gel, which was painful. When I asked why they kept redoing my nails, the lady who took over told me that I have “bumpy nails.” I did not feel that this was a fair explanation, especially since I have had gel nails done at other salons without ever ... read more
