We've used SB for years, both for lawn mowing and for snow plowing. I have to say they have done an amazing job this winter with plowing. We did the seasonal contract and they have been out pretty much every day to get the new snow. This has been the snowiest winter we've had in a while and they have certainly kept up with it.
Worst landscape business in Northeast Ohio. Be warned.
It has been a pleasure working with SB Landscaping. Jon is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Looking forward to future projects.
It has not been a good experience from a customer service standpoint. They were recommended and after some calls and conversation, I have given up on them. They might be really good, and therefore super busy, to do as they said they would and get back to a potential customer, but that's a bad excuse. At least have the courtesy to tell me they can't or won't do work for me. Simple.
