Customer service was appalling. I was supplied broken and unsafe equipment, and then accused of “running it over with a truck” I have worked as a professional painter close to 10 years, working at heights is a part of the job and keeping myself and my team safe is my main priority. It’s the 3rd time now they have supplied unsafe equipment, if you are not a professional I highly suggest finding a safer hire company, as SB clearly does not check their equipment enough.
