At the end of the day I see potential in this company but some of the people running the business are holding it back from expansion. DOT/SAFETY compliance is being ran by someone who does not even have the credentials for the position and has not obtained or has had a CDL. Field superintendent does NOT know how to lead a team, instead he focuses on just having the title.
