I ordered a Lifespan TR5500i treadmill through Chad. I cannot say enough good about the communication and quick follow up in working with Chad throughout the ordering process, delivery and setup in our home. It is nice to see a business that still takes customer service to a very high level. Would definitely order from SB Fitness again.

After years of researching curved treadmills I made the decision to purchase the CT 400. I've always had a traditional treadmill but knew I wanted a curved motorless model for it's more natural run and calorie torching ability. What I like about the CT 400 is the 'give' the track has and how my joints are not hurting after my run. after inquiring about the functional trainer on a Friday, Chad called on a Saturday to let me know when a unit would be in, and wether I would like to place an order. units are very hard to find right now so I was thrilled to hear from him. I ordered and he texted a photo of the unit being put on pallet for shipment in less than 2 days. I'm am loving the service I got at SB Fitness. When I inquired about a extra weight stack I got the same kind of service. this is my kind of Company. I highly recommend / Ron
