I ordered a Lifespan TR5500i treadmill through Chad. I cannot say enough good about the communication and quick follow up in working with Chad throughout the ordering process, delivery and setup in our home. It is nice to see a business that still takes customer service to a very high level. Would definitely order from SB Fitness again.
