Dr. Ragi was outstanding and put me at ease straight away. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he explained everything that was happening, as it was happening. He has a considerable amount of expertise, and I felt confident with his assessment. Grateful for the service and grateful that Dr. Ragi is here in Brighton and Hove -- highly recommend.
Very good experience, on time with no delay.,very simple and painless test . The operator was very pleasant and explained the procedure well and there was nothing to worry about.
Great experience. Smooth booking process. Excellent and frequent communication from the secretary, Harriet. Clinician, Dr Ragi, made me feel at ease and explained what he was doing at each point.
The doctor carrying out the nerve testing was very pleasant, reassuring and careful with the testing. It was mostly painless but, due to my symptoms, there weee a couple of times it was painful. The doctor did stop at those times, which was very reassuring. I would have the testing again, despite some pain.
I had a nerve conduction study performed a couple of weeks ago and I personally I was very happy with how the test went. Due to my work background, I had some basic understanding of what was being done and why and myself and the neurologist had a very pleasant conversation about the study. Everything was explained to me, so I understood what was happening and why.
