I have been with sb dentures as a patient for three months now and I love everyone in there they have changed my life. I love my new dentures and my confidence has gone up 10 fold
Josephine Schmitz-Burchartz has poor customer relations and worse communication skills. Her lack of clarity resulted in her responding to me in an aggressive tone, which has no place in a healthcare setting. Her lack of compassion and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease, (which is a spectrum) left my family member feeling shamed and uncomfortable that day as she witnessed the altercation. Professionalism in the workplace: 2/10, I would not recommend this clinic.
