Recently purchased a car from here. Was quite nervous, find the whole car for court thing very stressful. Simon couldn’t have been nicer, was helpful without putting any pressure on.
Had a great experience with SB cars. Simon was actually on holiday when I enquired and he was still very helpful, setting me up a test drive in his absence. Really pleased with the car and the service. As a young(ish) female, I felt very comfortable purchasing a used car from SB CARS, which can be a daunting task. Great service, good communication and even put me two new tyres on the car (one only had an advisory on its MOT ). 10/10 recommend
I purchased a Ford B-max approx 1 month ago from SB Cars in Stoke-on-Trent. I found Simon to be an amiable, knowledgeable dealer who answered all my questions. After driving the car home to Manchester I discovered a fault with the microphone in the car. I phoned Simon who advised me to get an auto electrician, and he would cover the cost. After two weeks I found an auto electrician whoq fixed the microphone and, true to his word Simon paid the bill. Simon and his wife made the experience very enjoyable. A very relaxed, professional and friendly atmosphere, car is in immaculate condition, I would highly recommend SB cars if your looking for quality service
Recently bought a car from here. It was in excellent condition, low mileage and had one previous owner. Excellent service from all the staff who were very helpful and I would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a used car. The car came with a service, full m-o-t and they did everything I asked them to before I picked the car up.
