Shane spent a lot of time talking through our options for replacement decking and stairs. He made sure to address our questions/concerns as the project progressed and took care to ensure we felt very comfortable with the end product. The deck boards were starting to fail on our elevated deck. It was time to do an update. We decided we wanted to go PVC TimberTech decking material with a new metal railing and lights. Shane made an appointment to come out and look at the existing deck, discuss our plans and later provided the estimate. Shane was very honest about any potential building and construction challenges for the remodel of the deck.
