I wish I could give them a 0 star. They don’t even deserve a one star. I called this store and asked if a two second job could be done. I asked if they could add my new rain guards onto my car. The person that answered said of course and told me to come on down. I came to the shop and the lady was very rude and told me I had the wrong number and shooed me away. Very unprofessional and rude to their customers. I’ve came here before and never experienced this type of behavior.
I see a lot of mixed reviews and I know that every day is not the same. I've only had good experience here with getting my tires mounted here. They don't mount the size I have everywhere and they've always done a good job for me. Even brought attention to a problem I had that could have went really bad. Good Catch. Thanks

Anybody can mount a tire on a rim but when you start hammering weights all around the rim because you don't know how to use your own machine there's a problem. I was an auto mechanic for 20 years and when I pointed out the way that they were balancing tires was incorrect they basically told me to go somewhere else but they had no problem taking my money 2 days prior to me returning because it was still shaking and then they tried to incorrectly balance my tires again.
