I came in the store and Nicole was very sweet and best customer service, food was fire highly recommend this place. Honestly I would just come back from how good the service was!
Horrible
This is not authentic Puerto Rican food. I got a steak jibarrito. The steak has no kind of char, looks boiled. It’s so thin, you can barely even taste steak in the sandwich. The plantain is cooked so hard there are pieces I cannot even eat. The Puerto Rican rice tastes like grease and garlic. I also got an order of plantains. They are not crispy at all, super soggy. im not gonna lie i could cry right now. i came here specifically for the empanadas (been wanting to try for a while) i get my order , ask about the sauce, for her to let me know they're out of sauce. bummer. that would have been nice to know before paying. i would have 100% changed my order. empanadas with no sauce????? ugh im big on sauce. then when i expressed "im not gonna lie that would have been nice to know" she says "have a nice night" as to rush me out. i repeat what she said back to her n she said she first said sor... read more
