The food was not good. For being a spin off of Charras which I absolutely love!! Can't say enough good things about Charras. Was severely disappointed with Sazon. Will not be returning.

I placed a to go order. I asked for no mayo or onions on the sandwich and no corn on the salad. When I got to my room I realized both had happened in addition to a Tito’s being charged to my bill. When I called to rectify, I was dismissed, asked not to act like they didn’t know what they were talking about and made to feel like I was being harsh. I can guarantee I simply asked, never raised my voice and when they said they would correct my bill without asking my name or ticket number I knew I was being dismissed Too bad. I w... read more

Alexa was such a wonderful and attentive server! She was seating people at the front door and also had very prompt service. All of our food came out rather quickly and she kept refilling our drinks in between everything else she was doing! The food was amazing, but Alexa made our experience outstanding!
