Olinda courtyard for 10 yrs Barry saywitz and his team are very polite .It’s a gated apartments .the manager is very polite .the apartments are nice size if you have a maintenance issue they get the problem fixed and they ate very polite and friendly ..Diana is very friendly and understanding..if you are looking to get an apartment go to Barry saywitz.
