These guys were contractors for the Saratoga Beach House, let me just say this. For a company that's been building for almost a decade, the quality of work they do is like that of someone who just got into the business. The number of problems this development had with the dumbest things like foundation, guards, gutters, siding, light fixtures, plumbing, paint, etc... it was a total nightmare. I've worked with Sheldon and David over the past 12 months and both have been highly responsive, have a good attention to detail, and have demonstrated complete ownership for any deficiencies that need to be addressed. The lack of finger pointing and approach to saying "I'll take care of it" has been a breath of fresh air. If you're looking to work with someone who will take ownership of a project from end-to-end, Sheldon, David, and Saywell are your people!

This company's finished products reflect little quality control. Their projects are accidents waiting to happen. Hire Tectonica for the Vancouver Island market. At least they're detail oriented.
