The customer service is phenomenal. I ordered online and the shoes I wanted were out of stock so they reached out by email and phone to offer a better model at the same price. They mailed them promptly and the shoes are perfect. Shopping in-store was equally phenomenal, knowledgeable staff and wide selections on shoes, apparel and accessories.
Great service. Brendon was able to identify shoes for my flat-footedness and gave excellent suggestions and information. I left with a fantastic pair of shoes!
Everyone at SRC is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Having a small but wide foot it is often difficult to find running shoes that are comfortable and fit for long distance running. Mike took the time to ask about what I was looking in a shoe, what has worked and not worked for me in the past, and how my training was going. The first pair of shoes he brought out for me to try on fit beautifully and are very comfortable (this never happens). I appreciate the time he took talking with me to find the perfect running shoe.
My daughter and I just visited Sayville Running Company and I highly recommend a visit! Brendan took his time to assess and recommend the best sneakers to help fix the pain from plantar fasciitis. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable! Hedid not pressure or rush us. Phenomenal service
