My daughter was in and out of consciousness and they never turned on their lights and waited at multiple red lights. When I asked why didn’t they turn on the lights they said they didn’t want to alarm anyone. My child is 3 and fell on her head and was knocked out. I was in the ambulance fighting to keep her awake because we didn’t know if she had a brain bleed. The scariest moment of my life & this driver did not want to “alarm anyone” is crazy. I had a better chance driving her myself. Horrible treatment.
